These terms govern your use of CallCal, a tool for converting schedule files into reviewed Google Calendar events. By using CallCal, you agree to these terms.
Use Of CallCal
CallCal is intended for schedule management only. You are responsible for uploading appropriate files, reviewing extracted information, selecting the correct calendar, and confirming events before they are published.
Google Calendar Access
If you connect Google Calendar, CallCal will request permission to list writable calendars and create or delete calendar events. CallCal will only create events after you explicitly review and approve drafts. Undo actions delete events that CallCal created for the selected import.
Prohibited Use
Do not upload patient information, clinical notes, medical records, protected health information, unlawful content, or content you do not have permission to process. Do not attempt to interfere with the service or use it to access another person's data.
Accuracy And Review
CallCal uses automated extraction and may make mistakes. You are responsible for checking extracted dates, names, shifts, destination calendars, and generated drafts before publishing events.
Availability And Changes
CallCal is provided as an early-stage service and may change, pause, or stop operating at any time. We may update these terms as the product changes.
Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability
CallCal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallCal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for calendar errors resulting from unreviewed or incorrect drafts.
